What types of events do you service?

We handle all types of events: birthday parties, graduations, school field days, church events, corporate gatherings, community festivals, fundraisers, and family reunions. We're experienced with both small backyard parties and large-scale events.

How early should I book my party rental?

Peak weekends (especially May-September) book up fast. For the best selection, we recommend reserving 2-4 weeks in advance. Popular items like large tents and water slides often book months ahead for graduation season. Last-minute rentals are sometimes available—call to check!

What surfaces can you set up on?

Grass is ideal for most inflatables and tents. We can also set up on pavement, concrete, or indoors when appropriate anchoring is available and approved. For indoor setups, we use sandbags instead of stakes. Let us know your surface type when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Are your bounce houses and equipment clean and safe?

Absolutely! Every rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before delivery. We also inspect all equipment for safety, checking seams, anchoring systems, and blowers. All of our inflatables meet ASTM safety standards and are regularly maintained.

What's your cancellation and weather policy?

We understand Connecticut weather can be unpredictable! If severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, or high winds) forces cancellation, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Within 7 days, a credit toward future rentals is provided.
