Peak weekends (especially May-September) book up fast. For the best selection, we recommend reserving 2-4 weeks in advance. Popular items like large tents and water slides often book months ahead for graduation season. Last-minute rentals are sometimes available—call to check!

Grass is ideal for most inflatables and tents. We can also set up on pavement, concrete, or indoors when appropriate anchoring is available and approved. For indoor setups, we use sandbags instead of stakes. Let us know your surface type when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Absolutely! Every rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before delivery. We also inspect all equipment for safety, checking seams, anchoring systems, and blowers. All of our inflatables meet ASTM safety standards and are regularly maintained.

We understand Connecticut weather can be unpredictable! If severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, or high winds) forces cancellation, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Within 7 days, a credit toward future rentals is provided.
